The Power of Sound Healing

Sound healing uses therapeutic vibrations from crystal and metal bowls to promote deep relaxation and healing. The practice is backed by research showing it can reduce stress hormones, promote better sleep, and support the body's natural healing processes—perfect for busy women juggling multiple responsibilities.

What to Expect

Gentle Yoga (45 minutes)

Centering and Breath Work (5 minutes): We begin with simple breathing techniques to help you transition from your busy day into present-moment awareness.

Mindful Movement (15 minutes): Slow, gentle movements that release tension and prepare your body for deeper relaxation. Perfect for dancers wanting to explore mindful movement or barre students seeking gentle recovery.

Restorative Poses (20 minutes): Supported postures using props like bolsters and blankets that allow complete relaxation while gently opening tight areas—ideal after active workouts or long days.

Integration (5 minutes): Gentle transition preparation for the sound healing experience.

Sound Bath (45 minutes)

Following the yoga practice, Sara guides you through a healing sound journey using singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. Simply lie comfortably and allow the vibrations to wash over you, promoting deep restoration and inner peace.

What You'll Need

  • Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes

  • Yoga mat (we have extras if needed)

  • Water bottle

  • Additional props like blankets, bolsters or eye pillows (optional)
